Hi I’m Victoria Halpin, 39 years old from Sutton Coldfield and I’m a mother of 2 Children. I’m qualified in level 3 Sports Massage, Level 3 Holistic Therapy, Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training.

I have always tried to keep fit and eat a healthy, balanced diet; But I struggled for years to maintain and stick to healthy eating and a fitness regime.
After having children, I struggled even more; at my heaviest I was 14.5 stone.
Trying to get back into exercise just seemed hard work and it seemed almost impossible to achieve my goals. I felt overweight, unhealthy, had back troubles due to pregnancy and weight gain, so overall it seemed a long journey to climb that mountain.
Now 4 years down the line with pure determination and hard work but also with my love for a unique programme that I have developed myself, I have achieved my goals.

After being a successful massage and sports therapist for the last 12 years, I’ve set up Wellness Workouts Nutrition to offer my clients a holistic approach to health and well-being. I aim to help people achieve great physical health, mental health, and above all, to be happy in themselves.
